Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on ua7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ua7777 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been subject to a permanent account closure by ua7777 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current throughout the duration of your account.

Geographic Scope

ua7777 is operated as an entertainment platform intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. ua7777 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ua7777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ua7777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following provisions govern all deposits and withdrawals made through your ua7777 account.

Accepted Payment Methods

ua7777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment methods:

• bKash — mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited
• Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile financial service operated by UCB Fintech Company Limited

ua7777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of changes via the platform.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however transaction limits imposed by your payment service provider (e.g., bKash daily transaction caps) will apply. Deposits are credited to your ua7777 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. ua7777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.

All funds deposited to ua7777 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. ua7777 reserves the right to return funds to the originating account and suspend your account if a third-party deposit is identified.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

ua7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and may be requested to provide additional documentation to support the release of funds.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

ua7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited in the form of bonus balance or free bet credits and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• A player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus multiple times will be closed and the bonus funds forfeited.
• ua7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account prior to the change will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are played. Where a player's account holds both bonus and real-money balance simultaneously, bonus funds will be used first.
• Bonuses credited in error will be removed from the player's account. ua7777 is not liable for the consequences of technical errors resulting in incorrect bonus crediting.

Promotional Abuse

ua7777 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting loopholes in bonus terms, placing low-risk combinations of bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, or colluding with other players to abuse promotional offers.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ua7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• A player being identified as under 18 years of age.
• A player being identified as having registered under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring the termination of the player relationship.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ua7777 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method after applicable verification checks.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the ua7777 platform due to concerns about their gambling behaviour may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, deposits will be declined, and promotional communications will be suspended. Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of a ua7777 account, all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the closure is a result of a breach of these Terms, in which case ua7777 reserves the right to void all unsettled bets and withhold any funds pending investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
